Using technology and innovative business practices to make work life easier for non-profit unicorns and big-hearted entrepreneurs.

I am a life-long artist and self-proclaimed "data geek" with 10 years experience working from within nonprofits to help them embrace technology and improve business processes with limited resources.

After becoming a mom in 2017, I took some time to examine my career goals and work/life balance. I realized that all of my favorite moments throughout my career have been when a process I reinvented helped my colleagues feel happier about their work day. This inspired me to start my own consulting practice with a unique mission in mind: helping nonprofits and socially responsible businesses develop more efficient business processes and improve their data management practices, to make work life a little easier for as many nonprofit unicorns and big-hearted entrepreneurs as I can.

Here are some examples of the problems that I can help your organization solve:

  • Melt busy work & improve efficiency:  "______ takes up so much of my staff's valuable time every week. How can we make it better?" Learn more about my approach to process improvement.
  • Research & analysis: "There's a lot we'd like to learn about our constituents but we don't know where to start! What can we do?"
  • Data management: "We have lots of data about our program participants but it's a mess! How do we fix it?"
  • CRM/Salesforce optimization: "We have Salesforce, but we need help using it effectively."
  • Strategic planning: "We need a new strategic plan to revitalize our organization and realize our mission."
  • Nonprofit structure & governance: "What is fiscal sponsorship and how does it compare to becoming a 501(c)(3)?"

If you said "Yes! That's me!" to any of the questions above, or if you'd like to know more about what I can do to help your organization, please contact me.
